Order info and expectations

This page is a detailed breakdown on what to expect after your order and what to pay attention to. 
Please read ALL product descriptions before purchasing anything. 

Please make sure you have the following correct info on your order: full name, full address (apt. number if needed), and email address 

For our 1/31 restock the website will only be open for 7 days and will close on 2/8 at midnight.

All orders will go into production the following day on 2/8. Production usually depends on the volume of orders we have. Typically we can expect orders to take between 10-18 days to complete unless notified otherwise.  Once orders are complete there is a 5-7 day process to ship to us from our trusted manufacturer. 

Once orders are in our possession, we pack them the same day and ship everything the following day. 

Tracking labels are created 1-2 days before orders are expected to arrive to us so we can give a more accurate shipping time. Until then, your order will say “order received”. Once labels are created you will receive an email with tracking info so PLEASE put an email address on your order.
